WellPoint to package records online

WellPoint Inc. wants you to have your own medical record.

A "personal health record," made up of the insurance claims, lab tests and similar information, is at the heart of an initiative the Indianapolis insurer is rolling out nationwide.
The 360 Health program, announced Monday, also is designed to give people ready access to advice and information on wellness, diseases and conditions, as well as online tools to help them manage their own health care, according to WellPoint.
